This intricate Argentium Silver ‘Inverted Heart’ Gallery Wire features an open, filigree look and is ideal for creating custom bezels and for adding decorative elements to a wide variety of jewellery designs. The wire is delicate and should be handled with care. Argentium Silver gallery wire is significantly work-hardened and, though it does not bend readily, it holds its shape after forming; it is ideal for clasps and hinges. Keep in mind that hardness is changeable – by annealing or heat-hardening. When finishing your pieces, also keep in mind that the harder the metal is, the easier it is to bring to a bright, polished finish.
